6 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped garlic
1 medium onion, peeled and sliced thin
4 cups clam juice or shrimp stock
2 cups white wine
6 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 cups parsley leaves
2 tablespoons honey
salt and pepper
32 baby clams
