1 (16 ounces) can refried beans
1 1/2 cups guacamole
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
1/4 teaspoon chili powder
salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup seeded and sliced ripe plum tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped pitted black olives
2 scallions, halved lengthwise and sliced
