Cauliflower Cheese Bake

1 lb. cauliflower florets
1 Tbs. unsalted butter
1/4 cup onion, finely diced
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1-1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
2 Tbs. lowfat milk
1/4 lb. Muenster cheese, cubed
2 Tbs. mayonnaise type salad dressing

Preheat oven to 350°F. Place cauliflower in a steamer basket over boiling water. Cover saucepan and steam 5-6 minutes. Remove steamer basket from saucepan and set aside. Melt butter in a heavy nonstick skillet over medium heat. Sauté onion 2-3 minutes or until softened. Remove from heat and stir in Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and milk. Add cauliflower, cheese and mayonnaise dressing and toss to combine. Transfer mixture to a lightly oiled baking dish. Cover tightly and bake 15-20 minutes.
