Crabmeat Salad

11 ounces cooked crabmeat or imitation crabmeat
2/3 cup celery, chopped
1/4 cup low fat mayonnaise
8 Romaine lettuce leaves
salt and pepper, to taste
Thoroughly mix first 3 ingredients. Serve on lettuce. Add salt and pepper to taste
