Slow-Cooked Swiss Steak

2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 lbs boneless beef round steak, cut into six pieces
1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch slices
1 celery rib, cut into 1/2-inch slices
2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce

 

In a large resealable plastic bag, combine the flour, salt, and pepper.
2Add the steak; seal bag and toss to coat.
3Place the onion in a greased slow cooker.
4Top with steak, celery and tomato sauce.
5Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours or until meat is tender.
