Posted on October 27, 2007

1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 tablespoon chopped flat-leaf parsley
1 teaspoon dried basil leaves
1 teaspoon salt
Freshly ground pepper to taste
2 pounds chicken wings, cut up
1/2 cup melted butter

Preheat oven to 375*F (190*C). Combine Parmesan, parsley, basil, salt and pepper together and place in shallow bowl. Dip each piece of chicken into the melted butter, then roll in the cheese mixture, coating well. Place on a greased baking sheet and bake for 45 minutes, turning about halfway when browned. Serves 4 to 6.
