Hot Crisps

4 white or bran bread slices crumbled
3 eggs, beaten
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 cup shredded carrots
1/4 cup shredded chicken
1/4 cup chopped capsicum
1/4 cup peeled and shredded potatoes
2 tbsp. soy sauce
Salt and pepper for taste

Mix all the ingredients. The bread slices will absorb the moisture. If you feel the mixture is very soft and moist, add one or more slices of bread. Shape the mixture into small balls. Deep fry until golden brown. Serve with tea.
