German Apple Pancakes

2/3 cup all purpose flour
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
4 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbs. sugar
1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 cup unsalted butter
2 apples, peeled, cored and diced
