1 teaspoon minced garlic
10 chicken drumsticks
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon butter
1/2 onion, sliced
5 teaspoons honey
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup water
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 teaspoon cornstarch
