Stuffed Cinnamon Apples
6 apples
2/3 cup red cinnamon candies
2 cups water
3 oz. pkg. cream cheese
2 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/3 cup pitted dates, chopped
1 small can crushed pineapple, drained
2 tbsp. chopped walnuts

Chocolate Pudding In A Cloud.
1 pkg. (3 1/8 oz.) vanilla pudding and
pie filling mix
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/4 cup sugar
2 cups milk
1 1/4 cup (4 oz. container) frozen
non-dairy whipped topping, thawed

4 cups apples, peeled & diced
1 cups chopped pecans or walnuts
2 cups sugar
